Hosted from 12-1pm in the Legends Club at Tryon International, free lunch will be provided for all guests alongside stimulating presentations followed by Q&A discussions with mental health professionals. All events are open to the public and showcase the importance of taking care of mental health and wellbeing alongside physical health.
